Delivery

We aim to despatch orders on the day of order for all orders placed before 15:00. Usually orders are posted via Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 working days however please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Some bundle items are despatched in separate packages. The individual items may arrive at different times.

Returns

We do not offer refunds for downloadable products, software, DVDs or CDs. For all other physical products, we will offer a full refund provided we are notified of your decision to return the item within 7 days and that the items are returned to us in good order with all seals unbroken within 14 days of purchase. The returns postage will only be reimbursed if the item is faulty.
